Click & Collect / Private Shopping

Would you like to visit our shop in Kerkrade? No problem. You can arrange a Click and Collect or Private Shopping appointment via this page.

Click and Collect goes as follows:

1. Place an order on our website
2. When choosing a shipping method, choose 'pick up in store Kerkrade'
3. Choose a time slot via the agenda below (minimum 4 hours before pick-up)
4. Enter your name, email, telephone number and order number
5. Confirm the appointment
6. Check your email for a confirmation email. This may take several minutes.

Don't forget to mention your order number, so we can prepare your order in advance and you don't have to wait. Click on a day and time in the agenda and enter your contact details to make an appointment. Due to government regulations, there must be a minimum of 4 hours between making the appointment and picking it up.

Private Shopping (starting 3-3-2021) goes as follows:

1. Choose a time slot via the agenda below (minimum 4 hours before pick-up)
2. Enter your name, email, telephone number and order number
3. Confirm the appointment
4. Check your email for a confirmation email. This may take several minutes.
5. Come to our store at the agreed time, but only if you are 100% asymptomatic. During the indicated timeslot you can shop with a maximum of 2 people.
