Return package

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can return the received products within 60 days. You will then simply get your money back.

Return conditions:

Conditions are attached to the return of items. If one or more of these conditions are not met, our employees will always contact you.

What requirements should your return meet?

  • The products must be returned within 60 days.
  • Products that are returned must be undamaged, unworn and complete. You are not entitled to a refund if stickers have been removed, plastic has been removed from a stick grip, opened packaging of mouthguards or other materials where hygiene is important.
  • Items must not be washed.
  • Items must not 'smell', contain stains or signs of wear (such as soles of shoes or socks)
  • Products must be returned in suitable packaging. Use the boxes or shipping bags in which we have sent you the products as much as possible.
  • No stickers and/or tape may be stuck on the original product packaging. A shoe box must also be undamaged and free of stickers. Make sure you return the correct shoes in the correct box. If the contents do not match the box, your return will not suffice.
  • Writing on the original product packaging is not allowed.
  • The original cards must not be removed.

If the above conditions are not met, we will not accept the goods for return payment. You always get the choice to opt for value reduction or to have the items returned after payment of the shipping costs.

Hockeypoint offers 4 options for returning:


1. Send product to us at a reduced cost.

You can easily create a shipping label via our returns portal, after which you drop off the package at a drop-off point of your choice.

2. Send product to us at normal cost.

If you want to use a different carrier than the one offered via the returns portal, you are of course free to return the package with any carrier. You then send the package to:

Please note that the shipping process is at your own risk. Therefore, keep the Track & Trace code well. Hockeypoint cannot verify what happened to your return. If your return shipment does not arrive at Hockeypoint, there will be no refund of the purchase amount.


3. Free returns at our store in Kerkrade

You can offer your return free of charge to our employees in our store in Kerkrade. The conditions as described in "Return conditions" also apply to this form of return. Refunds in the store are not possible. This is always handled via your bank account or payment method with which you paid, eg paypal.

4. Return via customer service

If something went wrong by us during the delivery of your order, the return costs are of course for our account. Before returning your product, please contact our customer service first.

Please create a ticket for this. You can find the link here. This is the best way. All our employees have a direct view of your orders and any conversations are stored here.

Returns handling

After we have received your return package, we will usually process your request within 5 working days. Please note that during the high season as well as during holiday periods, processing may take longer.

When returning the complete order, we will refund the full purchase amount minus the return shipping costs. If part of the products are returned, we will refund the amount of the relevant products to your account minus the return shipping costs.


If you have paid by credit card ALWAYS state your bank account number on the return form.



If you chose to pay via Afterpay during the order, you will not receive a refund, but you will receive a credit note from Afterpay. Please note that your share for the provision of credit as well as the return costs if you use the return portal never expire. Depending on when you return the items, Afterpay will or will not charge costs for the provision of credit.
