Shipping costs are inevitable, but smart ordering can save you a lot of money.
If you order within the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany for more than € 49.95 then the shipping costs are absolutely FREE.

You can always have your order delivered to your home or to another desired address. Our website automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the order amount in your shopping cart and the specified delivery location (inside or outside the Netherlands).
Before you click on "Place your order", you will always see your shipping costs.
We ship all packages with DHL.
In the latest surveys, held among 10,000 users, DHL has proved to be the most reliable carrier within Europe. With most package shops from all carriers, letterbox packages, timely announcements when your package arrives and a super fast help desk, DHL is a great choice for us and for you.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can return the products received within 30 days.
Conditions are attached to the return of articles. If one or more of these conditions are not met, our employees will always contact you.
What should your return meet?
- The products must be returned within 30 days.
- Products that are returned must be undamaged, unworn and complete.
- Items cannot be washed.
- Articles may not 'smell', contain stains or wear marks (think of the sole of shoes)
- Products must be returned in suitable packaging. Use the boxes in which we have sent you the products as much as possible.
- No stickers and / or tape may be stuck on the original product packaging. A shoe box must also be undamaged and free of stickers. Make sure you return the correct shoes in the correct box. If the content does not match the box, your return will not be sufficient.
- Writing on the original product packaging is not allowed.
- The original cards may not have been removed.
If the above conditions are not met, we will not accept the goods for return payment. You always have the choice to opt for a depreciation or that you get the items back after payment of the shipping costs.
Hockeypoint has three options for returning:
1. Send the goods to us.
You can easily create a return label on our return portal. You can drop off your return package at any DHL point.
For customers from Great Brittain: You only pay € 6,00 for your return package but we will settle this after we received your return with the amount we have to pay back.
Customers from the rest of Europe, please contact our customer service first.
If you choose to send with another courier (we do not pay for the return) you can return the products to the address below:

Upon submission of the return on the Post Office or other delivery point, you will receive a Track & Trace code. Without a track and trace code the transmission path is at your own risk. If the return ultimately not arrives at Hockeypoint, there will be no refund of the purchase price.
For quick processing of your return request please clearly fill in all the information on the return form and enclose the form with the return. Only fully completed forms will be considered.
2. Free returns at our shop in Kerkrade.
You can offer your return, free of charge to our employees in our shop in Kerkrade. Also in this form of the return the conditions described in "Returns Policy"apply.

3. Returns Through Customer Service
If something went wrong during the delivery of your order, the return costs are at our expense. Before returning your product, first contact our customerservice. Please use the ticketservice. You can find the link at the bottom of Hockeypoint.nl website. This is the best way. All our employees have acces to this account and will see your orders and any conversations with other customerservice employees. Would you rather talk live to our customerservice. We're available on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00 via +31 (0) 45-5353970 and via mail email@example.com or via the chat on Hockeypoint.nl.
Please keep your ordernumber at hand!
After receiving the return, we will process it within three days. If returning the entire order we will refund, excluding shippingcosts. If a part of the order is returned, we will return the sum of the products to your account.
