If unfortunately, you are not satisfied, you can return the products you received within 14 days. Have you ordered the wrong size or do you prefer a different color? Please indicate on the return form. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Depending on the country there will be some extra shipping costs. Please contact our service department for the exact costs.
Returning a product is at your own expense.
If you want to return products you must fulfill the following conditions. If this is not the case Hockeypoint has the right to refuse returns or to offset a loss.
- Products must be returned to us within 14 days.
- Products that return should be sent undamaged, unworn ,complete and in original product packaging.
- Products must be sent in suitable packaging.
- Pasted on the original product packaging no stickers / or tape are allowed.
- Writing on the original product packaging is not allowed.
Unless these conditions are met, we will reserve the right to refuse the articles for repayment.
For returning Hockeypoint has three options:
1. Send the goods to us.

Upon submission of the return on the Post Office or other delivery point, you will receive a Track & Trace code. Without a track and trace code the transmission path is at your own risk. If the return ultimately not arrives at Hockeypoint, there will be no refund of the purchase price.
For quick processing of your return request please clearly fill in all the information on the return form and enclose the form with the return. Only fully completed forms will be considered.
2. Free returns at our shop in Kerkrade.
You can offer your return, free of charge to our employees in our shop in Kerkrade. Also in this form of the return the conditions described in "Returns Policy"apply.

3. Returns Through Customer Service
If something went wrong during the delivery of your order, the return costs are at our expense. Before returning your product, first contact our customerservice. Please use the ticketservice. You can find the link at the bottom of Hockeypoint.nl website. This is the best way. All our employees have acces to this account and will see your orders and any conversations with other customerservice employees. Would you rather talk live to our customerservice. We're available on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00 via +31 (0) 45-5353970 firstname.lastname@example.org via mail or via the chat on Hockeypoint.nl.

After receiving the return, we will process it within three days. In returning the entire order we will refund, excluding shippingcosts. If a part of the order is returned, we will return the sum of the products to your account.
