Size table shinguards
Shinguards are mandatory at all league matches. Your shin guards cover your entire lower leg and top of your ankle. The protection on your ankle is thicker than with football shin guards, to protect your ankle against a hard ball or a hit from a hockey stick. You can choose the right size shinguard according to your body length. Note this is of course only a guide, the best method is the 2nd .
1. Measuring according to body height:
- XS = 120-140 cm / 6 - 9 years
- S = 140-160 cm / 10-14 years
- M = 160-175 cm / 15-17 years
- L = 175-185 cm / 18+
- XL = 185-195 cm / 18+
Another good method is to measure the distance from the instep to 2 fingers below the knee.
The measured length is that of the shin guard. *
Note: below is an indication, no rights or guarantees can be derived from it
2. Measuring at the distance of the instep / knee:
- XS = 22.5 cm
- S = 26.0 cm
- M = 29.5 cm
- L = 32 cm

- Shoe size 39 - 40 = Glove S
- Shoe size 41 - 42 = Glove M
- Shoe size 43 - 44 = Glove L
- Shoe size 45 - 47 = Glove XL

- Width hand without thumb 70 mm = Glove XXXS
- Width hand without thumb 75 mm = Glove XXS
- Width hand without thumb 80 mm = Glove XS
- Width hand without thumb 85 mm = Glove S
- Width hand without thumb 90 mm = Glove M
